Well, hello again!
Thank you for checking out my work.
I am a very recent graduate of Vermont College of Fine Arts, where I obtained my MFA in graphic design. I am also a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design where I received my BFA, also in graphic design..
Currently I am an adjunct professor at a number of various colleges and universities. I have taught graphic design courses at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Clark University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and Fitchburg State University.
I was the art director for Suffolk University’s Office of Marketing and Communications for almost a decade (2004–2014). In that role, I oversaw and worked alongside a team of graphic designers working in both print and environmental projects. Before that, I worked at Flanders + Associates (1996–2002), a small design agency in Boston, as a designer where I worked on both print and exhibit projects. I have also taught a number of graphic design classes in the Continuing Education Department at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (1998–2004).
In addition to my design experience, I have enjoyed a successful career in the arts. I danced and sang in parades and shows as a Walt Disney World cast member. I also toured the country dancing with Sesame Street Live. I have tap danceed as a street performer in Provincetown and Faneuil Hall and taught ballroom dancing. And I have choreographed numerous high school and community theater musical productions.
I am comfortable in both the world of print and environmental/exhibit design. In addition, I am currently working to build my After Effects skills so I can continue to bring my typography and graphics to life.
